Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Chicco Armenia online store. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

1. Return period

Customers may request a return within [14] calendar days from the date they receive the order, unless a different period is required by applicable law.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, in its original packaging, complete with all labels, accessories, manuals, inserts, and proof of purchase.

2. Products that cannot be returned

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened, used, washed, assembled, damaged, or removed from original packaging.
This may include baby bottles, teats, pacifiers, teethers, cups, feeding accessories, hygiene products, bath and skincare products, personal care items, and other child-related products where hygiene or safety is relevant.
Final sale or discounted items may be non-returnable where clearly stated at the time of purchase, unless the product is defective, damaged, unsafe, or not as described.

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

Customers should inspect the order upon delivery. If a product is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from the ordered item, the customer should contact Chicco Armenia as soon as possible.
The customer may be asked to provide the order number, contact details, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and visible damage or defect.
After reviewing the request, Chicco Armenia may offer replacement, repair where applicable, refund, or another suitable solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection rules.

4. How to request a return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Chicco Armenia will review the case and provide return instructions.
If the return is requested for another reason, such as change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Chicco Armenia will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless another method is agreed or required by the payment provider.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer account may depend on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Shipping fees, cash on delivery fees, service fees, and other non-product charges may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect product or unless otherwise required by law.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, Chicco Armenia may offer a refund or another suitable solution.

8. Warranty

Some Chicco products may be covered by a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms may vary depending on product type and official warranty conditions.
Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repair, or modifications.
